Hi y’all!!
My name is Nicole…I’m a wife to my handsome and caring husband, mommy to my sweet babies Parker and Rafe, daughter to the best mom in the world and friend to some amazing people. I believe in love, trust and hope!
Everyone in the world goes through their own things in life; love, heartache, loss and joy. Just like all of you, I’ve seen my fair share of it all. Looking back though, I truly wouldn’t change a thing. I am so thankful for my life experiences, they made me the person that I am today.
I am a stay at home mama to a 2 1/2 year old and 4 month old. I also work part-time at a veterinary clinic. I am a HUGE animal lover and hope to one day open my own kennels. I am that person who will stop…repeatedly tap you on the shoulder…every time I see a dog! I just love spending my days at home, watching my kidslearn and grow. My husband also stays home with us (when he isn’t traveling). He works virtually, so Parker and Rafe get to have the best of both parents at their beck and call.
We enjoy spending time with our families, getting together with our friends and traveling. I am a HUGE Disney fanatic…as well as Buffy, Friends and Pretty Little Liars…and Marvel movies, Arrow and Flash…really I could just go on and on! This girl right here also LOVES to read!!! You can always find me with a book in my hand if my kids are napping (unless I have house chores *cough cough*) or after they go to bed if my husband is working or out of town. I enjoy new books and I will re-read old ones a million times. I’m definitely building a library (hopefully one day it’ll be beautifully complete…think Beauty and the Beast complete).
Everything about motherhood has been so amazing to me. There have definitely been ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. Aside from family and friends, most of my advice and ideas have come from blogs that I have found through Pinterest or Instagram friends. This is the reason I decided to do this…if I can even help just one person, it’ll be worth it to me.
